Use Various Synonyms of Keywords

Write down synonyms and abbreviations for keywords to account for any occurrences the business owner might check.   A variety of keywords and phrases will increase chances of picking out a scanner for your resume from a large pool of applicant. Contrary to  the recruiter typed a specific abbreviation in ATS,     the system would not usually search for them automatically.  Always use keywords and job phrases as much as possible without limits to get winning chance of CV .


Include local keywords

 For local jobs, location is a big factor for recruiters.  So including your city and state on your CV will help ATS identify you as a potential candidate based on your rank.   Workplace.   Include your city with the job title on the front of your resume. This allows scanners and readers to choose both basic terms with ease.


Be Focus on hard skills for the majority of keywords 

It is important to mention soft skills on your resume and cover letter to allow the company to have an idea about you on the added value to them.  Although soft skills can be accessed in an initial interaction, however , spend more time detailing your technical skills, training, and experiences. ATS filters tend to prioritize challenging skills.
